Engagera dig f\u00f6r ett j\u00e4mst\u00e4llt och j\u00e4mlikt samh\u00e4lle fritt fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ld tillsammans med oss!<\/strong><\/p><p>Fempowerment \u00e4r en feministisk och antirasistisk organisation som arbetar med att st\u00f6dja och hj\u00e4lpa v\u00e5ldsutsatta kvinnor, tjejer och ickebin\u00e4ra med utomnordiskt ursprung. I v\u00e5r jourverksamhet erbjuder vi hj\u00e4lp och st\u00f6d p\u00e5 olika spr\u00e5k. Vi erbjuder st\u00f6dsamtal, juridisk r\u00e5dgivning och st\u00f6ttar i kontakt med olika myndigheter. Vi arbetar \u00e4ven v\u00e5ldsf\u00f6rebyggande med vuxna och unga genom att sprida kunskap om m\u00e4ns v\u00e5ld mot kvinnor och v\u00e5ld i n\u00e4ra relation. Under 2020 tar vi n\u00e4sta steg och utvecklar v\u00e5r st\u00f6dverksamhet genom att \u00f6ppna upp en st\u00f6dchatt!<\/p><p><strong>Vem s\u00f6ker vi?<\/strong><\/p><p>Vi s\u00f6ker dig som \u00e4r intresserad av f\u00f6reningsutveckling, tycker om strategiarbete, \u00e4r duktig p\u00e5 organisatoriska fr\u00e5gor, ekonomi, personalfr\u00e5gor eller \u00e4r en fena p\u00e5 kommunikation och sociala medier. Tidigare erfarenhet av styrelsearbete \u00e4r mediterande men inget krav. Vi s\u00f6ker i f\u00f6rsta hand styrelsemedlemmar med intresse, tid och engagemang att leda och utveckla v\u00e5r verksamhet!<\/p><p><strong>Styrelseuppdraget inneb\u00e4r bland annat:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Leda och utveckla Fempowerments verksamhet genom strategiarbete (st\u00f6dverksamhet och volont\u00e4rverksamhet)<\/li><li>Delta i styrelsem\u00f6ten ca. 1 g\u00e5ng per m\u00e5nad (totalt antal timmar ca. 5-8 timmar per m\u00e5nad).<\/li><li>Representera Fempowerment i externa sammanhang.<\/li><li>Delta i grundutbildning om v\u00e5ld i n\u00e4ra relationer och m\u00e4ns v\u00e5ld mot kvinnor, samt styrelseutbildning.<\/li><li>Vara med och driva p\u00e5verkansarbete r\u00f6rande m\u00e4ns v\u00e5ld mot kvinnor och v\u00e5ld i n\u00e4ra relation.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Nominera dig sj\u00e4lv\u00a0 eller n\u00e5gon du k\u00e4nner till styrelse!<\/strong> Skriv vilken post nomineringen avser dvs. ordf\u00f6rande, vice-ordf\u00f6rande, kass\u00f6r eller ledamot.
